We were taken with this printed rayon/silk burn-out from Tibi. Delicate in color and design, the fabric falls in feminine cascades for ruffled necklines or airy skirts and dresses. Pearl florals outlined in taupe dance along the almond colored chiffon base. Limited yardage also available in Felicity-Silver/Black.Tibi
